360 Recruitment Consultant – Manufacturing Division

Location: Datchet, SL3

Salary: £26,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience)

Bonus: 10% Sales Commission

About Us:

MTS Recruitment is a dynamic recruitment agency specializing in the manufacturing sector. We have a strong presence across the industry and are now looking for an ambitious and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Manufacturing Division based in Datchet, SL3.

The Role:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in our Manufacturing Division, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement. You will develop lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring the right talent is placed in roles that align with their skills and ambitions within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing companies, identify new business opportunities, and grow existing accounts.

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and networking to find the best talent.

Consultancy: Provide expert advice to clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor in the recruitment market within the manufacturing industry.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on trends and developments in the manufacturing sector, including skills shortages, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within the manufacturing industry.

Strong business development skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Solid understanding of the recruitment needs within the manufacturing sector.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
