PPM Engineer Commercial Building Services / Maintenance 36,000 – 39,000 NO call out Paid Overtime Available.

Due to increased PPM's (planned preventative maintenance) demand, we are currently seeking a PPM Engineer solely to carry out PPMs to electrical and safety systems within commercial environments.

As the PPM Engineer, you will be responsible for; emergency light testing, recording tap temperatures, fire alarm tests and PAT testing on a day to day basis.

Package: What is in it for you?

Status: Permanent, PAYE position Pay Schedule: Weekly Basic Salary: 37,000 – 39,000 Hours: 06:00am – 3:00pm Location: Central London, Greater London, M25 regions. NO call out requirement. Paid overtime available at x1.5 – x2 rates. Provided: Company van, fuel card, company phone, uniform etc. 29 days paid annual leave including bank holidays. Training + up–skilling opportunities provided to enhance skillset and qualifications. Key Responsibilities / Duties:

As the PPM Engineer, you will be responsible for standard Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks found within commercial environments. Ie:

Emergency Light Testing Recording Tap Temperatures Fire Alarm Tests Fire Extinguisher Tests PAT Testing electrical appliances / accessories. Requirements / Candidate Profile:

City and Guilds: 18th edition. PAT Testing Certificate is desirable but non essential as this course can be provided by the business. Experience with emergency light testing and fire alarm testing within commercial environments. Experience / qualification in Fire Extinguisher Testing is desirable but non essential as this course can be provided by the business. Able to work an earlier shift (On–site time for 06:00am). Must hold a UK driving license with under 7 points. Would this role be of interest to you?
