We are pleased to bring you a Senior Maintenance Technician role, for a leading University, based in central London. This is a static, permanent position, working on the day shift, Monday – Friday 8–4.

You will be working on a central London campus, based near the Strand, and will enjoy the motivating atmosphere as you take on a mixed role of both building services maintenance and also team leader duties of the in – house maintenance team.

In addition of an annual salary of up to GBP42,000, you will also be offered:

This Senior Maintenance Technician role, based in London, will include:

Electrical and mechanical maintenance PPMs Reactive maintenance Allocating maintenance work to the team Updating the CAFM system Being responsible for sub contractors on site This is a varied role and is a step towards management and would suit a qualified engineer who is looking for a step up in their career.

For this static Senior Maintenance Technician role in London we are looking for:

A qualified engineer, either Mechanical or Electrical, with a full qualification in either Building services maintenance experience, either via a contractor or an in house team Experience of using a CAFM system Working knowledge of health and safety and building regulations If you are a qualified engineer with strong IT skills and can demonstrate that you can lead a team of engineers, then this is the role for you!
