Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for an Property Inspector to join a busy Estate Agents in High Wycombe!

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the property industry.

Permanent

Monday to Thursday 9am–6pm

Friday 9am–5pm

Every third Saturday 9am–1pm

GBP25k basic plus commission

Responsibilities of the Property Inspector:

Booking and carrying out property inspections.

Visiting between 5–8 properties each day.

Writing reports and auctioning and issues.

Other ad hoc office duties when required.

Skills required for the Property Inspector:

Excellent admin, report writing and communication skills.

A pro–active and self–motivated work ethic with the ability to work independently.

Any previous property or estate agency experience a bonus.

Flexibility to work every third Saturday.

A professional and presentable appearance.

Full UK driving license.
