This role is for a Health, Safety and Environment Advisor within the engineering and manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing health, safety and environmental matters in a well–established industrial and manufacturing setting in Rotherham.

Description

Develop, implement and maintain health, safety and environmental policies.Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.Provide HSE advice and support to the team and management.Deliver HSE training to employees.Investigate and report on accidents and incidents.Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations.Monitor and review HSE performance.Drive a positive HSE culture within the organisation.Profile

A successful HSE Advisor should have:

A degree in Health and Safety or a related field.Relevant industry certifications such as NEBOSH.Experience in a similar role within the industrial or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem–solving abilities.A proactive approach to health and safety.Job Offer
