Assembly and Stores Team Leader

Ipswich

up to 40,00 pa, depending on experience

The role of Assembly and Stores Team Leader includes:–

Working closely with the Directors to streamline the production, stores and warehouse function within this small, family–run business Hands–on assembly of components, stainless frames etc to construct casings, pumps, enclosures and motors etcGoods in and goods outEnsuring deadlines are met, and prioritising the work–flowsSending spare parts to customers securely and on timeGeneral mechanical assembly

To be considered for the role of Assembly and Stores Team Leader, you should have:–

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead by example and manage a small teamMechanical assembly knowledgeWarehousing and stores experienceThe ability to learn, improve and work towards expansion of the businessWorking knowledge of reading CAD 3D designs would be helpful, but training providedFolk lift licence would be beneficial, but training available
