Must have a laptop and phone.

We are a construction company and a cleaning company that cover the UK. The candidate will be closing inbound sales leads. High ticket sales role and commission between10%- 30% commission on sales.

Job Description

We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our sales team. This role involves handling inbound calls from customers, understanding their service requirements, inputting details into our CRM system, coordinating with traders to schedule appointments, and following up to gather quotes. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and closing deals.

Responsibility's

Handle calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Identify customer needs and determine the appropriate services to offer.
Input customer details accurately into our CRM system.
Coordinate with traders to schedule appointments with customers.
Follow up with traders to gather quotes in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Excellent communication skills: Ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport over the phone.
Strong sales acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Customer-centric approach: Genuine desire to understand customer needs and provide solutions.

Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy when inputting customer information and scheduling appointments.

Basic salary of £12000 per year Plus commission.

Must have sales experience and be able to deal with high volume of calls efficiently.
