The location at OL6 9EW is very handy for Junction 23 of the M60 and the Motorway Network.

For household goods, classic cars, business stock, or anything else you want to store, so long as it is legal.

Apart from the supermarket, this is a quiet residential area.

There is no requirement for a bond, but rent has to be paid monthly in advance by Bank Standing Order.

A Legally-Binding Agreement has to be signed and witnessed before the tenancy begins.

Our preferred method of securing these garages is for you to provide your own top-quality padlock, which you take with you when you leave. Thus only you have access to your garage. (Remember to keep spare copies of your keys at home because we will not have a copy, of course!)
The length of stay is up to you, but one calendar month's notice must be given, by Recorded Delivery, before the tenancy ends.
