Electric, water and gas included and can do deals if 2, 3 or 6 weeks are needed. For longer lets, first gas bottle included but are expensive if left on 24/7 so further bottles payable as used.

Double glazed, gas central heating, 13.5 tog quilts etc so be warm and shouldn't need heating on that much, we put on timer for morning, evening and a quick boost in the middle of the night if things turn chilly.

A double bed (memory foam mattress) and two twin rooms (one of each of mattresses in each twin room is also memory foam).

A number of takeaways locally in Camber (Fish shop, Curry, pubs) plus Chinese/Kebabs/Currys that deliver onsite in Rye and Lydd if you dont fancy cooking.
