Location: Paddington, W2

Salary: GBP50k

Position: Permanent Full Time

Head of Property Management – A position has become available for an experienced Property Manager within the Paddington, W2 area one who is ARLA qualified essential!

This is a superb opportunity to join an established, independent, Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the Paddington area and a thriving Lettings and Property Management department.

You will need to have a great track record in Residential Property Management and currently be employed in a similar role.

You will be a real people person; be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords, Contractors and Tenants and be able to show empathy and understanding.

You must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure all the qualities that someone already in this role will recognise immediately!

An ARLA qualification is essential along with the ability to manager and mentor a small team.

Skills required for this Head of Property Management role will include:
