A lovely spacious bright, newly decorated Ground floor flat. Two bedrooms, large front room with French doors leading to a big garden shared with 4 others. Good storage space. A very peaceful quiet area, with lots of beautiful parks, 7 minute walk to Sutton High Street with shops, buses. Trains going to London Victoria and London Bridge from Sutton, Carshalton, Sutton Common train station. Morden tube station not far either for commuting.
