We are currently looking for a Housing Options Officer to assist a Local Authority based in Cambridgeshire with providing advice and support to residents to prevent homelessness.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Help those facing homelessness with maintaining tenancies

- Provide Housing Options support

- Build and maintain relationships with Private Sector Landlords and Housing Associations

- Create personalised housing plans

- Work with tenants to prevent rent arrears or ASB

Candidate requirements:

- Knowledge and understanding of relevant housing legislations

- Previous experience of working within a similar role
