Our client is looking for Mechanics for their family-run business with a fleet of tankers, tippers and curtain siders in Ely. Ideally, you will be an experienced HGV Mechanic, however, HGV training can be given if needed. This is a permanent, full-time role that comes with an attractive salary.

As a flexible HGV Mechanic, you will undertake all levels of maintenance work, including repairs, servicing and diagnostics.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Work on a range of HGV vehicles and various trailersUndertake all levels of maintenance work, including repairs, servicing and diagnosticsCompletion of service and repair paperwork

As an experienced HGV Mechanic, our client expects you to have a C+E class 1 Licence and completion of Service and Repair Paperwork would be beneficial but isn’t essential. However, if you have a keen interest and are willing to learn, they can train for this.
