Hi, I am the Rent Guru and I have a Great 1 Bedroom Flat to rent in Cardiff.

I am the landlord and of this great 1 bed second floor flat. It is large with one main bedroom and a living room/kitchen. there is a separate bathroom with shower. Situated in a building on Beauchamo St in Riverside.

Separate bathroom with a combined Living Room kitchen. A great deal.

The flat has just been redecorated and will have new carpets in the bedroom.

Requirements of tenancy are one month's rent, Deposit/Bond and a U.K Guarantor who must be a homeowner. If you would like it furnished or un-furnished it is not a problem.
