Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Testing and Inspection Electrician on a subcontractor basis to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Testing the domestic setting Housing Associations, Councils and Estate Agents in Birmingham will accept candidates within an hours drive if happy to travel.

£60 per test

£65 if remedials

The Majority of the properties are well kept so only a few coming back with remedials.

Working Hours between 8am and 4pm

Responsibilities

- Remedial Works if required (Not Often)

- Inspection and Testing

- Troubleshoot electrical issues

using appropriate testing devices

- Ensure compliance with British electrical standards and regulations

Experience

- Proven experience as a Test and Inspection Electrician

- Experienced Within domestic properties (3 years)

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills And Qualifications

- Gold JIB Gold Card (Desired) or NVQ Level 3

-City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent (Desired)

- 18th edition or 17th with a planned start date to complete the 18th edition

Requirements

- Must have Own tools

- Calibration Certificate Required

- Must be able to drive with own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £1,400.00-£1,500.00 per week
