The Role:

Job Title: Service AdvisorLocation: Cribbs Causeway, BristolHours: 40 hours per week, 1 in 3 weekendsSalary: 27,000 to 32,000 + Bonuses & OvertimeKey Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers in the service department.Managing customer bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient service operations.Coordinating with the workshop team to ensure effective communication of customer needs.Providing detailed explanations of work carried out and associated costs to customers.Upselling additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.Maintaining high standards of customer care, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Requirements:
