Job Title: Children's Home Manager

Location: Derby

Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 per annum

Working Hours: Typically 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM,

About the Role:

Perfect Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager for our client, a reputable children's home based in Derby. The home supports children aged 8-18 and aims to provide a nurturing and safe environment where young people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the children s home. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff. Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each resident. Promote a positive and inclusive environment for both children and staff. Collaborate with families, social workers, and external agencies. Oversee staff training and development. Manage budgets and resources effectively. Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a residential care setting. Strong leadership and management skills. Valid driving license is required. Enhanced DBS check on the update service. Knowledge of child development and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What We Offer:
