XCL Group are looking for an experienced Telesales Agent to join our client's team, who are based in the Chadderton area. The main focus of the role would be taking phone calls from customers and answering any queries they may have, while fullfilling their needs.

Other duties may include, but not limited to:

* Liase with new customers, as well as returning customers

* Maintaining business and customer relationships

* Promote and sell the product and services to current and new customers

* Hit sales targets

* Following up and tracking leads via email, as well as phone

* Keeping the companies CRM program up to date

The Ideal Candidate:

* Have experience with sales and meeting targets

* Confident telephone manner

* Electrical background- not essential but desireable

Hours:

* Monday- Friday

* 9am - 4pm
