We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic permanent role with opportunities for career progression.

Location:

Peterborough City Centre

Salary:

Up to 27,000 per year, depending on experience

Plus a rewarding bonus scheme

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

Occasional weekends once fully trained

Flexible start and finish times for better work-life balance

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence required (for client visits)

What You'll Do:

Advertise Jobs:

Create job adverts to attract top candidates.

Screen Candidates:

Conduct telephone interviews and offer support.

Client Visits:

You'll need your own car for visiting clients and maintaining relationships.

Support Candidates:

Help with application packs and attend local job fairs.

Ensure Compliance:

Check identity and Right to Work documents.

Manage Pipelines:

Keep track of recruitment progress.

Collaborate:

Work with colleagues to meet recruitment needs.
