Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor required to join a market-leading engineering manufacturer.

The successful Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor will be office-based near Maidstone and responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of diverse projects for a leading provider of environmental monitoring solutions, including testing, calibration, and certification services for controlled environments, medical gas systems, and laboratory instrumentation.

The ideal Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor will have proven project management experience, ideally within an electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering, or HVAC background. Full product training will be provided.

Package:

35,000- 50,000 depending on experience

Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor Role:

Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.Produce and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and detailed reports.Support and ensure the achievement of project deliverables that align with client expectations and regulatory quality standards.Review and approve subcontractor submissions to guarantee compliance and thoroughness.Coordinate and track project tasks with team members, meeting key milestones and fostering collaboration.Operate within a specialized and niche market focused on Cleanroom and Bio-containment facilities across the UK.Liaise with various engineering departments.

Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Projects Team Leader, Project Supervisor, or similar, ideally within large contractor, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments.Project management qualifications, such as APM, Prince2, or a degree in Business Administration or Project Management, are desirable.Proficiency with project management software and tools, including Gantt charts or equivalent software.Previous project management experience in construction, HVAC, or related sectors is advantageous.Full UK driving license, willingness to travel nationwide, and a clean DBS check required.
