We are working with the NHS in Leigh On Sea who require the support of a Receptionist/ Administrator on a temporary basis with Systmone experience Duties include (but not limited to) Taking inbound calls from patients Booking Appointments Post Scanning of documents Updating patient details onto the database Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with a good working knowledge , and previous experience working within the NHS, along with an excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.
