Key Responsibilities Category Strategy Development: Lead the design and execution of category strategies across complex procurement categories.Align closely with business stakeholders to deliver short and long-term procurement objectives.Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management: Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing for high-value procurement.Develop supplier strategies to maximise value and reduce risk.Drive proactive relationship management for key suppliers.Supply Chain Transformation: Cultivate a high-performance culture within the procurement team, focused on transforming supply chain management and enhancing stakeholder trust in SCM as a "Trusted Advisor."Build and track category targets, KPIs, and supplier benchmarks to continuously optimise cost and operational efficiency.
