The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our client's thriving Nottingham office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties and clients in one of the UK's most vibrant rental markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and secure new lettings Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants Manage property listings and update online portals Provide expert advice on the local rental market Contribute to the agency's business development strategies Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in residential lettings, preferably within the Nottingham area Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite Full, clean UK driving licence ARLA membership or willingness to work towards qualification
