Salary 25,000pa, plus uncapped monthly commission Excellent package plus clearly defined progression opportunitiesQuarterly & yearly company incentivesHours 9.00am-5.30pm Mon-Fri Hybrid 3/2 daysResponsibilities:

Utilise creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent for a variety of positions.Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.Interview potential candidates face to face and via teams.Create marketing material using Canva.Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on candidates.Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practises to continuously improve recruitment strategies.Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is preferred, but not required. We value passion and the willingness to learn!Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and build relationships.Strong organisational and time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.The ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.Proficiency in using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.A natural curiosity and the drive to stay informed about industry trends and developments.What's in it for you?
