An excellent opportunity for an experienced Ventilation & HVAC Estimator to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: Starting from £45,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience, Bonus scheme available.

Location: New Malden, Surrey KT3. Office based role with occasional working from home (Home working subject to completion of successful probation).

Schedule: Monday – Friday – 8-hour shifts.

Role & Requirements:

The company is now seeking a skilled & experienced Ventilation / HVAC Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating the cost to manufacture only or manufacture and install. Preferably someone who is proficient with - Ensign Take-off and estimating software for contractors, (further training can be given).

Working from CAD drawing or PDF’s, the position is for an experienced person, not someone willing to learn, candidate must have experience within the ventilation sector or similar role with transferable skills.

Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages, have strong Maths and English Language skills both written and verbal.
