RM Recruit is working in conjunction with our Warwickshire based educational client to recruit a Financial Controller for a period of 3 months. There is positive and organic growth at the organisation whereby you will lead the finance team whilst adding value to the finance set up:

Main duties include:

Production of monthly Management accounts with full commentary Statutory accounting including reconciliations Business Partnering with key stakeholders in the organisation Promoting and being pivotal in bridging the gap between finance and the wider departments Overseeing Treasury Leading the finance team by example and driving positive change Quarterly and annual budgeting Monthly forecasting As the ideal candidate, you will be available immediately / short notice with a view to start immediately. Candidates who are interested in part time hours are also encouraged to apply. You will be required to travel to their offices twice per week and you will have the ability to come on board and hit the ground running. Solid leadership and / or experience within the Not For Profit arena is desirable however, not essential.
