Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

– Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and UK employment laws.

– Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR–related issues.

– Manage disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring that they are handled fairly and in accordance with legal requirements.

– Monitor staff attendance, manage absence, and facilitate return–to–work processes.

– Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive working environment.

– Ensure compliance with health and safety policies in collaboration with the HSE officer.

– Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and performance reviews.

– Develop and implement staff development and training programs to enhance employee skills.

– Assist with payroll processes, ensuring all staff are paid accurately and on time.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a similar role.

– Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast–paced environment.

– High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
