Finance Manager (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Growth

Brixton (Hybrid)

50,000 to 60,000 DOE + Hybrid + Pension + 22 Days Holiday + Company Benefits

Are you a Finance Manager, or wanting to be a finance manager, wanting to assist a growing and entrepreneurial minded business looking to double the size of the business over the next five years?

Do you want the opportunity to be responsible for the finance team, being a part of and assisting the owner and senior leadership team make the right financial decisions in the future growth of the business?

On offer is the opportunity to join an entrepreneurial minded and growing FMCG business that have operated for over 30 years, are implementing disruptive brands and offerings to widen their market share, by providing an environment for the team to be solution orientated, autonomous and proactive in a fast paced business and sector.

In this role you will provide all the financial management and reporting, accounts and compliance, oversee the credit control as well as budgeting and forecasts while maintaining and improving the internal controls and developing the small team reporting into you.

The ideal candidate is an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified financial manager who has a number of years operating at this level, has managed a team, is happy to be hands on in their approach while contributing to the strategic elements of the business decisions.

THE ROLE:

Financial Management & ReportingManage accountingProduce monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and forecast vs. actual results.Provide financiual information for owner and senior leadership teamTHE PERSON:
