Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our Credit Control team. If you have 6-12 months of experience in a similar role or have been working in credit control administration and are looking for the opportunity to step up, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Credit Control team with day-to-day dutiesAssisting in managing outstanding payments and liaising with customers to resolve queriesAccurately processing financial data and updating systemsPreparing and sending out invoices and statementsHelping with account reconciliations and ensuring discrepancies are followed upWorking closely with other finance team members to ensure smooth credit control operations

What We're Looking For:

Strong numeracy skills with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships professionallyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPrevious experience in a credit control or finance-related role for 6 months to 1 year is desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelA proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn
