My client, a successful, growing organisation, based on the outskirts of Leatherhead, is looking to add an experienced Finance Assistant to join their busy, very experienced department. This is a varied role, working in a brilliantly supportive business supporting the finance function.

Day to Day duties will include:

Processing all supplier invoicesPreparing invoices on a regular basis for other entitiesLeasing with Client and Customers, investigating and resolving queriesReconciling supplier statementsPreparing payment runsExpensesInvoice query resolution; liaising internal and externalUndertaking banking when requiredOther administrative duties
