Production Operative

Devizes, Wiltshire

£13.61 per hour

Triple Shift working pattern on a rotation.

06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00 - 06:00

On-site parking

We are working in partnership with our client who are a market leader within the Packaging Industry.

You will be responsible to ensure the smooth movement and of products within the Warehouse Environment

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including the following:

Working within a fast paced production environment.

Manual handling of weights up to 20kg.

Accurately follow processes whilst working within the manufacturing and assembly department.

Prepping and cleaning of equipment.

Accurately complete all documentation relating to the completed workload.

Ensure equipment functions efficiently and procedures work correctly.

Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.

Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.

Ensure appropriate PPE is worn at all times.

Provide assistance to other operators where required.

Maintain work area in a clean, organised and safe manner.

Conduct other tasks as required by line manager.

Check labelling and paperwork then operate the pallet wrapper to complete the pallet.Advantageous qualities:

Have excellent organisation skills.

Have excellent communication skills.

Have the ability to work as part of a small team.

Thoroughness & an eye to detail.

Ability to complete documentation.

Team player & willingness to assist where required.
