Events Manager

North Leicestershire – on site

C£35,000 p.a.

The Company:

ER Recruitment are excited to be partnering with our client, who are based in North Leicestershire.

This growing and successful business are looking for an Events Manager to support their Marketing team in the day to day. This person will have a great support network, be able to design, plan and organise the events programme, and have experience working in the tourism & leisure sector.

Role & Responsibilities of the Events Manager:

* Increase brand awareness and new enquiries

* Increasing enquiries / leads from the website and other digital and traditional marketing channels

* Work closely with the wider departments and third parties to pull all marketing materials together.

* Ensuring marketing budget is on track and spend is where it needs to be

* Reporting on ROI and other areas of the budget.

* Working with the Digital Marketing Executive and third party providers to support on content and paid digital advertising.

* Devise an events programme, organising and running events.

About You as the Events Manager:

* Ideally minimum of 5 years experience working across both events and the marketing to support these.

* Background in the tourism & leisure industry

* Very strong communication skills

* Proactive and highly organised

* Results driven with a knack for numbers (reporting, data and analytic and ROI)

* Team player
