Job description

As a Production Machine Operator, you'll be accountable for the safe operation of filling, labelling or packaging machines

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely

You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, housekeeping and product safety

Experience Required:

* Minimum 3 years in a fast-paced factory/production environment

* Minimum 3 years of machine operating experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and run the plant according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

* Adhere to customer specifications and maintain appropriate quality standards

* Complete production and downtime records to ensure efficiency and traceability

* Act swiftly to resolve any issues, including stopping the line when necessary and seeking assistance

* Keep all work areas clean and tidy

Salary

Starting at £12.04 per hour through £12.46 to £13.09 per hour for a Team Leader

Hours

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (with opportunity for overtime)
