Caretaker

Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)

40hrs per week

Covering luxury apartments on a brand new estate located in UB1

Static working on 800 new builds which will be growing to 1200

One of our newest clients are seeking a Caretaker or Handyman looking to take a step into the maintenance industry, this is a brand new position due to the team expansion on site, you will be supporting another 2 engineers on site whilst carrying out caretaking duties across the estate, you will also have the chance to learn and develop new skills in this position if you're looking to go into a specialist field within facilities maintenance.
