Aftersales Advisor – Hinckley area

NO WEEKEND WORK

NO DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED

Our client is looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join their busy team.

A fast paced and vibrant atmosphere, backed up with a strong support team to train and develop you in your career.

The successful candidate should have excellent PC and telephone skills, be able to build relationships with a wide range of people, whilst resolving any issue that comes their way.

The working Hours: Mon – Fri 10am – 6pm with no weekend work. Salary: 24,000

The role

Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous mannerResponding to customer enquiresTaking inbound calls & making outbound callsDealing with any customer complaintsInterpreting customer concerns and commentsLiaising with customers and keeping them updatedAdvising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehiclesEnsure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managedThe Person

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customer confidence in the aftersales operation by taking ownership of every customer's experience.Candidates must have experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Motor trade experience is desirable.People focused with the confidence and personality to develop long term customer relationships.Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.Customer focused – able to identify and tackle critical issues. Be willing to find solutions and be prepared to maintain a positive customer experience.Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills.Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team.Results focused, you will be resilient and overcome obstacles to success and to learn from feedback.A good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components is desirable.No Driver Licence Required
