We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Northampton. They are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a full-time basis to join their growing team. This role is office based, and ideally you will experience working in a similar position, but our client may also be able to consider a graduate (related subject).

Typical duties include:

* Processing bank reconciliations

* Supporting with month-end and year-end reporting

* Assisting with credit control duties where required

* Ensuring any general administration duties are completed in a timely manner

* Supporting the day-to-day running of the finance function

* Performing any other ad-hoc tasks for the wider team

You will have:

* A strong numerical skillset

* Ability to manage your own workload and time effectively

* Experience in a similar role or a graduate in a relevant subject

* Excellent communication, both written and verbal
