Luxury Eco-tourism Villas for commercial purposes,, I will be utilizing the land to create environment friendly cabana style rooms to give guests a true jungle experience with a flavor of Agro-Tourism. Planning to build using sustainable materials with luxury amenities. The intention is not to provide just another accommodation entity but to immerse the guest with a complete nature experience with knowledge centers, education zones and many more.


Convert a part of the land for agricultural purposes,. - Plan is to cultivate varieties of fruits, vegetables and spices which grow in a dry zone in a home garden environment. The idea is not to make a profit out of it but to experiment with new technologies and methods to increase the harvest while reducing the cost. Mostly organic methodologies will be used in cultivating these with the intention of setting an example for other farmers to adopt new techniques and scientific methodologies. Also, this home garden will set a platform for Agri-Tourism so the guests who come to the lodge can get a new experience. Agri-Tourism can be marked to people who are busy with city life and do not get the chance to see agricultural environments.
