Create your own Mandala on a cake board using acrylic pens. The facilitator will have prepared the boards for you with lines and circles, so you can simply start drawing with the provided pens, from the middle of the board to the edge. You'll be guided through a meditation first and can then start your art work. The idea is that this will be a mindful process, trying to let go of outcomes and staying in the present moment during the two hours.

The outcomes are usually stunning, and participants love decorating their walls with their pieces.
