My name is Adrian Parsons. I have been teaching for over 10 years. I trained at the Royal Academy of Music and sang professionally for a number of years.

I now concentrate on teaching and coaching aspiring singers. I have taught at a number of musical theatre colleges (I currently teach at the London Studio Centre based in North Finchley) and am aware of the vocal resilience needed to sustain a career as a singer.

Therefore, I understand the importance of secure technique and encourage choices that help to maintain good vocal health. I teach the latest musical theatre and pop styles including belting using techniques which help to make these qualities sustainable.

Lessons are 1 hour and are £40.00 (initial consultation is £20.00) This allows for a warm-up and technical focus and enough time to work on repertoire or your chosen song.

I teach all levels from beginners to aspiring professionals and those already working in the industry using Estill based voice terminology and techniques. I aim to make lessons fun in order to make the process of learning and progression an enjoyable and positive experience!

Your first lesson will be an opportunity for me to understand what it is you want to work on and how you want to develop and improve as a singer and performer.

I also offer vocal coaching and preparation for auditions aimed at those who are actively seeking work. My aim is to boost your confidence by helping you build a solid vocal technique and a repertoire folder that will show you at your best, so that you get the job!

I also teach piano and can prepare individuals for ABRSM exams if desired.

I have an enhanced DBS certificate.

Lessons take place in my garden studio in East Finchley, North London.
