As a dedicated primary school teacher with over 12 years of experience, I am currently teaching full-time in Year 6, where I specialise in preparing students for their SATs. Throughout my years in the classroom, I have developed a strong command of the curriculum and an ability to identify and nurture each student’s unique strengths. My goal is to help children not only succeed in their exams but to foster a love for learning and a sense of confidence that will benefit them well beyond the classroom.

I am now offering personalized, face-to-face tutoring sessions in both Maths and English, specifically tailored to meet each child’s individual needs and learning level. My tutoring approach is designed to provide steady progress in key areas, with a focus on:

Maths: Arithmetic, reasoning, and problem-solving
English: Reading comprehension, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and writing
Exam Preparation: Support for SATs, 11+ exams, and entrance exams
Session Details:

Duration: One-hour sessions, available during evenings and weekends
Flexible Focus: Sessions can cover both Maths and English as needed, based on your child’s requirements
Homework Support: Optional weekly assignments to help consolidate learning, at no additional cost
Rate: £35 per hour
