Hi all,

My name is LIVIU DOHI and I am a fully qualified LEVEL 3 NVQ Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, as well as 5DAN black belt Kickboxing Trainer.

I have been practising kickboxing for 35 years. I have reached a high level of performance in this field.

I won the national title three times in my home country, Romania. I am a WKF vice-European champion (2015) and a WKF world champion (2016). I have been acting as a fitness instructor and personal trainer for 20 years.

My training schemes and sessions are fully centred on my clients’ needs. The main purpose is losing weight while gaining muscular strength at the same time.
