I've been working as a full-time Private Tutor in Edinburgh since 2008 and during that time I've had the privilege to work with more than 400 students.
Offering home and online tuition, I am well-familiar both with the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence (as well as with the English GCSE / A-level syllabus).
Last year I worked as a part-time Physics teacher at the Basildon Upper Academy, responsible for their A-level class.
I am also registered as a supply Chemistry teacher with the Edinburgh Academy.
Other past experience includes work with other Edinburgh schools, delivering supplementary tutorial classes.
I also have an additional 4 years of teaching experience in the academia (Heriot-Watt University).
Prior to my teaching career, I worked as a Research Scientist at Cranfield University (Welding Engineering Research Centre).
I have an established research record, which includes publications in peer-reviewed academic journals and international conferences.
My multi-discipline background further enables me to offer academic tuition to University students, as well as proofreading services and general scientific advice.
