My name is Dee, and I am a fully qualified female fitness coach with over 13 years of experience and run a wellness business catered towards women’s health and fitness. Fitness and mental health are one of my biggest passions and I am completely motivated by helping women to achieve their goals. I specialise in fat loss, mental health, confidence building and helping clients transform their bodies along with their lifestyle. I have the knowledge and determination to help you achieve these goals in the most effective way!

My service doesn't end after your session is over, you are free to contact me within my working hours should you need general advice, nutritional advice or general motivation. I am here to help you every step of the way!

I have over 13 years of experience in fitness and wellness coaching and I have listed my qualifications below. I am also a black belt in Karate, so I can incorporate a wealth of varied knowledge and training techniques into our sessions.

Bsc Psychology

CYQ - Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training

LAO - Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Personal Training (QCF)

CYQ - Level 3 Diploma in GP Exercise Referral (QCF)

My GP referral qualification has also allowed me to work with clients with a range of physical and psychological issues such as depression and anxiety. Whatever your issue may be, we can complete your session in the best way to suit your needs, and to get the best workout possible for you.

I train my clients in my own private gym room.
