Hello there,

My name is Kane and I am a Freelance HR & Recruitment Consultant.

I have been working within HR & Recruitment for 15 years in a variety of roles at different levels. I have references from previous employers and previous clients. My hourly rate tends to be less than that of other Freelance Consultants as I only cater to specific services that I am very efficient at.

The services I offer are:

HR & Recruitment Administration - If you have a small or large amount of paperwork that needs to be arranged, typed, filed, copied etc then I can provide you with a smooth and efficient service.

HR Advice - If you require one on one or group HR advice regarding contracts, disciplinary procedures, grievance procedures, your employee handbook or even your rights then I can offer many years of experience and advice on these matters.

HR Services - This includes reviewing and updating policies, procedures and employee handbooks etc. Whether you have a mass upload of information or simply want to refresh your current policies I can offer my advice and my services in this area.

Recruitment Services - This includes creating and managing job vacancies. Screening candidates to your needs, new starter forms, Right to Work checks - all of the recruitment process up until any candidates pass probation.
