We are quite and very tidy family with 2 kids/13 and 10 years old /seeking a semi detached house or bungalow in quiet area in Currie, Balerno,Colinton and Gilmerton for long term let.We have been in our current accommodation for 6 years, but our landlord will move in the house because of personal reasons and we need to move by the end of November. We will provide a reference from our current landlords.Looking for:
-Minimum of 2 double bedroom or 3 bedrooms unfurnished house.
-Private garden if possible.
-Absolute max budget of £1300
- We don't have pets.
