As someone who feels they can be a great contributor to society and the greater scheme of things , and probably add value to your property in many ways ie a bit of a handy man when it comes to repairs,Im looking for a detached country cottage or house in the north east area of Scotland but would consider other locations in Scotland preferably with a minimum of 2/3 bedrooms to be used for a small music recording studio and or a home business arts and crafts studio,Ideally with open fire or woodburning stove! attic/loft for storage but not essential and or a garage /shed for servicing and storage of motorcycle/ I have
over 8 years of excellent tenant references, and would like to put something back into the community via my artistic gifts etc . A Long Term Tenancy preferred, pets acceptance would be also appreciated but not essential.I’m a non smoking single person, clean and tidy and will look after your property as if it were my own, thanks for viewing.
