We are a married couple, myself 52yrs old and my husband is 42yrs old.
We are looking for a 2 bedroomed house in Derbyshire to rent long term. We would like somewhere we can make a home rather than just a house.
Our situation at the moment is that my husband is a double lung transplant patient and I have rheumatoid arthritis, and we are both on full disability and housing benefit.
We currently live in Lancashire but we want to move down to Derbyshire to help look after our granddaughter.
We have a small dog and cat, neither of which cause any damage or mess.
We have been with our current landlord since 2017 and can provide an exemplary reference.
