The beautiful room features a brand-new floor and a sleek floor-to-ceiling glass partition. with made-to-measure screening curtains to ensure complete privacy. The room opens onto a private balcony furnished with chairs and tables, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. Large windows and doors invite fresh air and natural light to flow into the treatment room. Furniture is available upon request, allowing for a flexible design that can be tailored to individual preferences and needs.

Room capacity:
The room spans 4 meters in length and 2 meters in width, offering ample space to accommodate a large beauty bed along with versatile equipment for various aesthetic treatments, including facial machines and other specialised devices. This layout ensures functionality and flexibility for a wide range of beauty services.

Additional information:
Please note that the room is accessed through another treatment room, equipped with two beauty beds as shown in the photos, which is currently used by me, the owner for my lash extension business. It's essential that we establish a strong rapport, as I value working with high-level professionals in our industry. Hours of Operation:
Flexible hours are available within the following timeframes:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 7pm
Saturday: Available at an additional cost, to be arranged
Sunday: Closed

Pricing information:
For rentals of up to two days per week: £80 per day.
For rentals of three to five days per week (excluding Saturdays): £50 per day
A minimum rental agreement of three months is required.
