Aviemore is a very popular all year holiday destination and this is reflected in the fact that most of our timeshare weeks are allocated as Red Time (High Season) for exchange purposes with RCI.
The groundfloor apartment is in the Scandinavian Village in the year-round popular town of Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands. It has disabled access.
The bedroom can accommodate between three and four persons. It has two single beds and two adult size bunk beds. There is both storage and hanging space and all bedrooms have individual central heating controls, power points and reading lamps.
The bathroom incorporates a shower, WC, wash-hand basin (with shaver point and light over), heated towel rail and extractor fan.
The sitting room is cosy and furnished with Scandinavian Pine framed furniture, occasional tables and soft lighting. Patio doors allow enjoyment of the lovely views with access out onto a patio area. The apartment has cable television.
The kitchen/diner is neat and well equipped. The dining table seats four and the kitchen boasts all modern appliances, including fan-assisted double-oven and four-ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is a full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
All linen, towels, cot, high chairs and bedguards are provided free of charge. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, Freeview TV, electric cooker with fan assisted oven, microwave, toaster and free of charge WiFi.
Access to the washers & dryers in the laundry room is also free of charge. Pets welcome (2 max) - small charge. Dog barrier/fence also FOC if needed. Electricity used is charged on checkout.
