Hi I’m looking to swap my large 2 bedroom newish build in Dunbar for a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom, it’s a really nice quiet area , there is a communal garden and plenty of parking space and is 2 mins from Asda .
The John muir way is on this route so lots of walks along the coast .

It’s your own door 4 in a block upper level .. has a hall as you enter the front door to the stair, there are 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes a huge bathroom with shower over the bath a cupboard in the hall for a washing machine and a large airy and bright lounge/ kitchen with open views, very nice quiet area with a bus stop directly outside and a train station 10 minutes away, also belhaven beach and the harbour are nearby and North Berwick is 20 minutes away by car or bus.
The property is newly decorated with carpets blinds etc.
